A project-specific plan
Large outdoor products can involve long components, heavy modules, specialist handling and staged deliveries. Final freight and installation arrangements depend on the product, postcode, site access and approved scope.
Before delivery
The responsible project team may need to confirm access width, overhead constraints, storage space, footings, wall structure, utilities, drainage and approvals. Packaging removal and protection of finished surfaces should also be planned.
Installation
Some products require qualified trades or manufacturer-approved installation. Electrical, gas, plumbing, glazing and structural work must be carried out by appropriately qualified people and in accordance with current requirements.
